Hello! I am Arjen Mulder working as a Policy Advisor in an international development NGO.

I have a special interest in stimulating coordination, networking and learning within and between development organizations. Now I am looking at the possibilities that web 2.0 (and web 3.0) could provide in these areas, by analyzing the feasibility of a social network for development organizations (and the integration of various web 2.0 applications within this social network environment).

My blog aims to contribute to the development of a social utility like Facebook, that connects organizations with other organizations around them and contributes to transparency about who’s doing what together with whom: an “Orgbook” tailor-made to respond to important institutional challenges within the development cooperation sector.
